Delivery rules
1. General
1.1 When you buy equipment from the Technocity online store at https://technocity.ge/, delivery follows these rules.
2. Conditions for handover
2.1 The delivery team hands the order to the address you gave when these conditions are met:
• a vehicle can reach the building or house. • the entrance or yard has a safe, paved path. • the lift works and can be used. • the stairs are not damaged and have a handrail. • there is room to move and no obstruction such as building materials or waste. • if the item cannot be taken up by lift or stairs because of its size, we can leave it outside, unopened, if you agree. Otherwise the order returns to the warehouse.
2.2 You must:
• refuse a parcel that arrives in damaged packaging and tell us at once. • open the parcel before you accept it. • check the item for visible damage. • check the quantity before you accept it.
2.3 If the item or packaging is damaged, the quantity is short, or the parcel does not match the order, do not accept it. Write to info@technocity.ge or call +995 591 32 38 29 at once.
2.4 If these duties are not followed, Technocity is not responsible for visible damage or a quantity that could have been checked on delivery.
3. Time and price
3.1 A delivery time chosen at checkout is a guide, not a final deadline. The binding time is in clause 3.2.
3.2 Delivery in Tbilisi takes 4–24 hours, and regions take 1–3 business days. An unforeseen event can extend the time, and we will tell you at once. If you do not accept the extra time, the order is cancelled and the money you paid is returned within 3 business days. Store pickup is free. Courier delivery is free from 250 GEL.
3.3 If the item does not arrive in the agreed time, write to info@technocity.ge or call +995 591 32 38 29.
4. Responsibility
4.1 Buying from Technocity means you accept these rules. Technocity is not responsible for loss caused by a breach of these rules.
