Commercial Warranty:
A commercial warranty refers to additional obligations—undertaken voluntarily and free of charge by a trader or manufacturer (the warrantor) for the benefit of the consumer—that go beyond the statutory warranty (the obligation to ensure conformity with the contract). These obligations may include refunding the price paid, replacing or repairing the goods, or providing other services.
A commercial warranty does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.
The terms and conditions of a commercial warranty (such as its duration, geographical scope, the limitation period for making a claim, and the name and address of the trader) vary for each product; the relevant information is provided to the consumer on an individual basis. 1) The warranty period begins on the date the handover document (acceptance protocol) is signed.
2) To request warranty service, please email us at: support@technocity.ge
3) Once an item is received for service, the average turnaround time for the store to resolve the issue is 14 calendar days. However, if a replacement part must be ordered to repair the product, the repair period may extend up to 40 calendar days. If resolving the defect takes longer than 40 calendar days, the item will be replaced. In the event of a replacement, the store will base the value on the market price of the product at the time the replacement becomes necessary; any monetary refund will be issued via a non-cash transfer to the customer's account.
4) For your convenience, in cases where a defect can be verified remotely—and it is clear that the damage cannot be repaired or that repairs would take longer than 40 calendar days—we will replace the item directly at your location, without requiring you to visit a service center. In order to apply the terms of this section, our staff may request that you provide photographs of the product defect or a video demonstrating the issue.
An item is not eligible for warranty service if:
1) The warranty period has expired.
2) The serial number does not match the product purchased by the customer.
3) The item shows signs of mechanical or thermal damage, or damage caused by water ingress into the mechanism.
4) The product is not returned with all its essential components (this refers to the core parts of the product; it does not include the instruction manual, box, etc.).
5) The item was damaged due to improper use.
6) The item is not intended for industrial or commercial use but was damaged while being used for such purposes.
7) The damage to the product was caused by an electrical fault (e.g., a power surge).
8) The item has been repaired or opened by the user or by an unauthorized service center.
9) The item was damaged by a third party during improper installation or setup. The operating conditions specified in the user manual were not observed.
10) The device’s consumables were used in violation of the operating conditions.

Terms of the statutory warranty as provided for by the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights:
The consumer has the right to exercise the rights provided for by the statutory warranty for a period of 2 years from the date the goods are delivered to them.
To obtain warranty service, the consumer must contact a company representative.
To obtain warranty service, the consumer must provide the date of purchase, their full name, phone number, and personal identification number.
The company is obligated to provide the consumer with goods that conform to the terms stipulated in the agreement.
If the goods are found to be non-conforming (defective) according to the terms of the agreement, the consumer has the right to request that the company remedy the defect (by repairing or replacing the goods free of charge, or by reducing the price) or to withdraw from the agreement.
Repair or replacement of the goods are the consumer's primary rights. The consumer has the right to request that the trader repair or replace the goods free of charge, unless such action is impossible due to the nature of the goods, or would entail disproportionate or unreasonably high costs.
The goods must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable timeframe, without causing significant inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account the nature of the goods and the purpose for which they were purchased.
Repairing or replacing goods free of charge implies that the company shall bear all costs—including postage, labor, and materials—necessary to ensure the goods conform to the terms stipulated in the contract.
The consumer has the right to request a price reduction or to rescind the contract if any of the following conditions are met: a) repair or replacement of the goods is impossible; or b) the trader has failed to repair or replace the goods within a reasonable timeframe, and the consumer has consequently lost interest in the performance of the contract. The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the defect in the goods is minor.
If the consumer discovers a defect in the goods within 6 months of receipt, the burden of proving that the goods were free of defects lies with the trader; however, after the 6-month period has elapsed, the burden of proving that the defect existed in the goods at the time of delivery lies with the consumer.
Procedure for returning a product:
The consumer has the right to submit a request to return a purchased item within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
This period is calculated from the moment the item comes into the consumer's possession; upon the expiration of this period, the consumer loses the right to return the item.
The company is required to refund the amount paid by the consumer within 14 calendar days of receiving the consumer's notification regarding the return of the goods. The refund for the returned item will be issued using the same payment method originally selected by the consumer. The customer is required to return the item to the company immediately after sending the return notification, but no later than 7 calendar days. Upon the expiration of this period, the customer loses the right to return the item.
The customer is responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the item.
If the customer decides to return an item, they must notify the company via one of the following channels: social media (https://www.facebook.com/Technocity.ge) or email (support@technocity.ge). The notification must include the following details: full name, personal identification number, and order number (ID). Exceptions provided by law: items such as hygiene products, the hermetic seal of which has been broken after delivery to the consumer, are not eligible for return.
Products valued at up to 30 GEL are not eligible for return.
Used products are not eligible for return if the company is unable to restore the item to a condition suitable for resale using its own resources.
In accordance with the law, if the item or its accompanying components show any signs of alteration (this does not include opening the box under standard conditions to inspect the product), the company reserves the right to question its authenticity. In such cases, the company may refund only a portion of the amount paid, depending on the condition of the item.
Please carefully review the terms and conditions regarding returns and warranty services to avoid any potential, unforeseen issues in the future!
